Type Betty Boop in your search box. I bet there’s dozens of places to find those items.
If for some reason you can’t track down the fabric or curtains, why not decorate with a black white and red color scheme and just use Betty Boop accessories! It will be cute and not too over done and will also be ALOT easier on your budget…
