This update addresses application crashes that may occur on MacBook computers if the Mac OS X 10.5 Install Disc set included with the computer has been used to restore the operating system.
If you restore software on your MacBook (Late 2007) using the Mac OS X 10.5 Install discs that came with your computer, some applications may unexpectedly quit when opened or shortly after opening. This can happen if the bundled software disc Mac OS X Install Disc 2 has part number 2Z693-6545-A (the disc part number would be the same regardless of the region where you purchased your MacBook).
