I am replacing my very old PC from 1998. I decided to go with Mac. I use the computer for my photos, and a small photo business, email, documents, but not for my day job. I intend to use it primarily for documents, writing a blog, and maybe in the future a start-up business.

Just wondering if anyone knows a great place that offers imacs at a lower price then the actual apple website.
I just got it and im a bit confused, I downloaded firefox, and several other things but i cant get them to stay as applications, like there is a white icon with the picture of the program on the desktop thats says like firefox and everything else and it wont let me delete it it only lets me eject it. Anyone have any idea on what i can do?
