I bought an ipod touch and it wont work with my modem. I want a router that i dont have to connect to my computer but will still work with my ipod touch.

Well, I was planning to get an ipod touch for my graduation present, and I really wanted to have internet on it. I heard you need a router or wi-fi, and I have a windows vista pc, and im pretty sure I have a router. I think it’sweb star “webstar” by scientific atlanta inc.
How do you get internet with a router, or with wifi?

I just bought an Ipod touch from my friend and would like to put the music onto a cd. I have Windows media player, but don’t have itunes.I really don’t want to download any programs either. Thanks!

I have the original ipod touch, and have recently downloaded the latest software update (version 3.1.1)
It did say it was compatible with my ipod, but there is no where to change the volume when i listen to music. It just has skip backwards, play/pause and skip forwards
I know on the newer ipod touches there is volume buttons down the side, but not on my ipod!
Does anybody know how to solve this?!

My ipod’s wifi worked until this morning when I reset my ipod but now every time i go on settings> Wi-Fi my ipod just automatically goes back to the main menu before i have the chance to turn wi-fi on.

I just bought a 1g ipod touch yesterday, and I’m looking for a case. No stores carry 1g cases anymore, so is there any specific ipod touch 2g case that will fit a 1g? Thanks!

Im only asking this because my friend got an ipod touch and now he has an application for it that lats you use it as a phone(call/texting). and im pretty sure you can put music on your iphone. So, now whats the difference for buying one of them and not the other? can name applications they have and service they get.

I want to start a business programming apps for the ipod and ipod touch.

I had to reboot my computer, which means I had to download iTunes again, erasing my library. It says I can sync my iPod with the new empty library, which erases all my songs on my iPod or I could transfer purchased items, which only transfers the things i bought from iTunes and that isn’t even half my songs. So how can I transfer all my songs from my iPod to the new iTunes library without losing my songs? Thank you so much!

I don’t have ATT&T and i wanted an iphone, but getting one would be expensive. But i really love the apps and software. Then i realized the ipod touch is almost exactly the same! What are the specific differences between them? is the price the same?
